TopRealtor.Pro ("TopRealtor.Pro," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital marketing, lead generation, and related technology services to real estate professionals ("Clients"), and operates websites, landing pages, and AI-powered chat tools on behalf of those Clients (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our websites or the websites/landing pages we build and manage for our Clients (collectively, the "Sites"), or when you interact with our AI chat assistant, SMS messages, or lead forms.

This policy applies to two categories of people:

Visitors / Leads — home buyers, sellers, and investors who visit a Site, submit a form, or chat with an AI assistant.

Clients — real estate agents, teams, and brokerages who purchase our services.

Name, phone number, and email address submitted through lead forms, landing pages, or the AI chat widget

Property-related information (e.g., address, budget, timeline, pre-approval status, buying/selling/investing goals) submitted in forms or chat conversations

Messages, questions, and other content you submit through our AI assistant or SMS conversations

Information submitted when scheduling a call or consultation

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

IP address, device type, browser type, and operating system

Pages viewed, time on site, referring URL, and general clickstream data

Ad interaction data from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google advertising platforms, including conversion and pixel data

Data passed to us by Meta and Google when you interact with an ad or lead form connected to a Site

Publicly available real estate listing and market data used to inform AI assistant responses (we do not use raw MLS data feeds for this purpose)

Operate and improve the AI chat assistant, including qualifying leads (e.g., budget, timeline, financing status) so we can route you to the right resource

Provide performance reporting and lead data to the Client (agent/brokerage) associated with the Site you used

Measure and improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

Maintain, secure, and improve our Services

Comply with legal obligations

4. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number, you may receive text messages related to your real estate inquiry, including follow-up messages, appointment reminders, and responses generated by our AI assistant.

Message frequency varies.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP.

We do not sell or share your phone number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We share information as follows:

With the real estate agent/Client whose Site or ad you engaged with — this is the core purpose of our Services, as we generate and deliver leads to Clients

With service providers who help us operate the Services, including our CRM/automation platform (GoHighLevel) and, where applicable, a Client's own CRM system

With advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for ad delivery, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization, consistent with those platforms' own privacy policies

For legal reasons, if required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Sites use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel and Google tag/conversion tracking), and similar technologies to:

Conversations with the AI assistant may be recorded, stored, and reviewed to improve the tool and to pass qualified information to the relevant Client.

Home value estimates and similar outputs are informational only and are not formal appraisals; a licensed real estate professional will follow up for anything requiring an accurate valuation.

Do not share sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers) in chat conversations.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide ongoing service to Clients, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Clients may retain lead information in their own CRM systems independently of TopRealtor.Pro's retention practices.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Opt out of marketing communications (email or SMS)

Object to certain processing of your information
